This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Freedesignfile.com. Payments may be processed by Paddle, which may appear on your bank statement and may act as Merchant of Record for your order.
1. General rule
Because digital content and subscription benefits are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we choose to approve a refund under the exceptions listed in this Policy.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly approved by us, no prorated or partial refund is provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before renewal.
If a renewal charge was made in error, please contact us promptly so we can review it.
3. Pay Per Download purchases
A Pay Per Download purchase is a one-time payment for access to a specific file. Once the file has been made available for download, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
If we cannot provide the purchased file, or if the delivered file is materially corrupted and we cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time, we may approve a refund or replacement.
4. Credit Pack purchases
Credit Packs are prepaid digital balances. Credits are added to your account after purchase and are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Unless otherwise stated on the Website, 1 credit is used for 1 file download.
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Expired, partially used, or unused credits are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable except where required by law.

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge and the associated purchase provided access or downloadable files, we may suspend the related account while the matter is reviewed.
