These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Freedesignfile.com and any related services, downloads, purchases, subscriptions, credits, user accounts, and website features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate and current account, billing, and contact information.
2. Plans and purchase options
Freedesignfile may offer free downloads, one-time file purchases, prepaid credit packs, and recurring subscriptions. Availability, included features, and prices may change from time to time.
Free content may be subject to asset-specific conditions shown on the Website, including any attribution requirement, daily download limit, or other stated restriction.
Pay Per Download purchases provide access to the purchased file and the file formats listed on the asset page for that purchase.
Credit Pack purchases add credits to your account. Unless otherwise stated on the Website, 1 credit is redeemed for 1 file download. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months after purchase.
Subscription plans are recurring plans billed in advance. Current subscription marketing on the Pricing page states that subscriptions include unlimited downloads, commercial license rights, no attribution requirement, and other listed benefits, subject to these Terms.
3. Billing, renewals, and taxes
Payments are processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
You authorize us and/or Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the initial term and each renewal term, including any applicable taxes and fees.
We may change prices, plan features, or billing terms prospectively. Any change to a recurring subscription will apply on or after your next renewal date unless we state otherwise.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings, Paddle, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid subscription benefits continue until the end of the then-current paid term unless the subscription is terminated earlier for abuse, fraud, or another material violation of these Terms.
5. Download limits and fair use
Where a plan states “unlimited downloads,” that means under the Fair Use Policy, each subscriber can download up to 30 design assets per day. It does not permit scraping, bots, automated collection, mirroring, mass harvesting, account sharing, credential sharing, or downloading a substantial portion of the library for archival, resale, or redistribution purposes.
We may investigate unusual or abusive activity. If we reasonably believe your use is abusive, fraudulent, automated, or harmful to the Service, we may temporarily limit downloads, request verification, suspend access, cancel credits, or terminate the account.
6. Asset license and permitted use
Each asset is licensed, not sold. Your rights depend on these Terms and on the asset-specific license notice shown on the Website.
Unless an asset page states otherwise, paid downloads obtained through Pay Per Download, Credit Pack, or Subscription include a commercial license and do not require attribution.
Free assets may have different conditions. If the asset page, download page, or license notice for a free asset requires attribution or sets other conditions, those conditions apply to that asset.
You may generally use licensed assets in personal projects, commercial projects, client work, websites, advertisements, social media, packaging, presentations, and end products, subject to the restrictions below.
7. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, publish, or make any asset available as a standalone file, whether for free or for payment.
You may not use assets to create a competing stock library, template marketplace, clipart collection, training dataset, AI model dataset, wallpaper/app pack, or similar download service.
You may not claim ownership of the original asset, register the original asset alone as a trademark or logo, or imply that the original creator or Freedesignfile endorses your project.
You are responsible for confirming whether your intended use involves third-party rights such as trademarks, logos, brands, private property, or likeness rights.
8. Intellectual property and website content
The Service, including the Website design, software, trademarks, text, layout, and related branding, is owned by Freedesignfile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
9. Copyright complaints and takedown requests
If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing URL, your contact information, and a statement of your rights and good-faith belief.
We may remove or disable access to content, investigate complaints, and terminate repeat infringers.
10. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraud or abuse, or create risk or liability for us or other users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections concerning billing obligations, licenses already granted, restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted access.
We do not guarantee that any file will meet your exact needs, remain continuously available, or be free from errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedesignfile and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless we state a later effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
